My Wither 3 is awesome but is buggy I was given the GOTY Witcher 3. I have the option to insall the GOTY version. My question is can I move over my saved files to the GOTY version? I am wondering if the GOTY version is less buggy?

The GOTY version is the same as the latest version with DLCs. If your game is buggy it's because you have an installation/system/hardware issue. Changing to the GOTY will make no difference, *unless* you uninstall the buggy one completely, including mods, and then start from scratch -- a clean installation should not be buggy, whether GOTY or otherwise. If you have Galaxy, the best first step is to remove all mods and then verify/repair your installation. TL;DR, installing GOTY is installing the same game but with a different installer.
