While I was in Velen I fell in a pond while riding my horse but, when I called him back he appears to have no tail.
But surprisingly he has his tail in Skelige and in Tousaint.

If anyone has a solution to this problem please help

If you use the console enabler mod, make sure you are riding Roach and issue the following command in the console:

KillHorse()

When you've done that, call (new) Roach and the issue will be fixed.
