I have played the game on launch without any problems, however, after coming back to it now It seem that it crashed everytime I die or during some transitions( Playing as Ciri or changing region). It's now impossible to continue the playthrough.
EDIT: I am using Windows 7 Ultimate
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz
Video Card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970
Memory 8.2 GB
