I am having an issue on my weaker computer where the graphics settings are locked. I understand that I cant run it on high on that PC but its stuck to the point where I cant see grass or trees even.

No matter what settings I put it on the graphics all stay at low quality.

I just went onto my PC with a 980 that was running it at Ultra and I cant lower them on that one either. Did they mess something up with the new patch?

It has messed up a few things,now they need another patch to fix last patch.
