but when i'm luchin a new game, the game juste close afeter

What can i do ?

Have you played the game, or its your first time?
Did you buy it from GoG or from Steam?
Is you OS (Operation System) Win 7 or Win 10?

Also Try running it as "Administrator"

I have the same problem.

I'm also looking for 1.31 patch but it's no longer available for non galaxy users

Isn't Witcher 3 automatically patched with 1.31?
Both vanilla & GOTY are patched in my library.
