I would like to ask, what is the difference between the Expansion pack the addon's that are sold separately.

Because when I bought the 1st Addon, I heard/read that if you pre-order the expansion you get the
Witcher, Witcher 2 for free, is this true or false?
And is it any other reason to buy the expansion pack?
