Hi,
I experience this problem since 5 hours. I have installed the game and the patch, but when i downloaded the patch at 100% of moving it said that the installation failed. Now I am waiting for release. Please help me I wanna play :D

It maybe Windows UAC, you need administration privileges.
Alternatively you can always download offline installer for the patch and install it manually.
