Good day to all, version 1.30. Once I arrived at the auction first time, I refused both quests (Coronata and Vermentino), because I thought to take them later, especially as both NPCs were waiting here. After about 6 hours of play, I returned to the place but now I can not take quests.

When I accost to Liam and Matilde I have starts a dialogue with the clerk each time. I even tried it on the table - it always skip to bureaucrat. Load old game is not an alternative (too much did), what to do?

It may be due to I had successfully bargain about the payment with the NPC, before I giving up the quest.

Sounds about right,in some games quests can be solved before you even ask or know about them.
