I just baught "Wild Hunt concert". But for download , I did not see nothing. Where can I download it? I can olny see "OWNED" tab under the title.

It's in the Movies section in your Account -> Library. Only through website, not Galaxy.

I see only my game in Account > Library, no movie.

Sorry for misinformation. Try checking "MOVIES" tab, top panel on gog.com(you must be logged on with your account). There you can find Witcher 3 concert, and if you bought it already, then you can just download everything.
