Hello.

Just a few hours ago i purchased The Witcher 3 + Season pass.

The game is currently installing version 1.10 of the game, theres a list bellow with options to install patches. Do i only need to install patch 1.22 since the other one is 1.10?

Might sound like a stupid question but i want to be %100 sure as to not mess up the game.

Install the 1.10 Game files (note - it can take some time and show as "not responding". Let it finish)
Install 1.22 Patch
Install 1.22 DLC package (note - though it is free, you have to "buy" it for it to show up in your account)
Install 1.22 HoS Expansion
Install 1.22 B&W Expansion

Done. Play. Have fun!
