I tried to find the 1.2 patch and could not find it and my game says I need it for the b&w expan. Can some one tell, or give me a link. to this patch? Thanks so much.

Press the 'Account' button top right (browser) and select The Witcher 3 on your shelf. The downloads are all there. The patch you are asking about will be named:

Patch 1.22 (part 1 of 2) 1.10+ -> 1.22
Patch 1.22 (part 2 of 2) 1.10+ -> 1.22
