There are only a few potions and oils disaplayed in the alchemy section. Once I've made a potion or oil it disappears and I can't find the recipe again. Why is that? My inventory is full of ingrediens I don't know how to use!

You need enough reputation to be able to post links. You could just share the video file address aka watch?v=hdfhgd7&Sh so anyone can use it to find the video on YT.

The simple answer for your problem would be that the filters in your alchemy tab are set in a way that hides your completed recipes.

Yes, they autofill when meditating. A bit lame you only have to pick the ingrediences once. I prefer the system in Witcher 1.
