Backup copy download
Want to backup your purchases? We get it. For all games, you can download a DRM-free backup installer that you can save to an external disk, drive or cloud.
I would imagine once you tie your hard copy to a gog.com account you can do this.

First of all, GOG is / owned by CDPR. Also, people getting early copies of the game aren't up to CDPR.
2nd, lack of DRM doesn't mean what you think it means. Not having DRM means you can play the game while not connected to the internet. It means no online authentication while playing / logging in to the game. They can't control shops sending early copies of console versions, but they can control how and when it's released on PC.
3rd, stop fucking crying. Really. Are you like 12 ? "They got it first :((". This isn't kindergarden. Every system has it's ups and downs. Some people got it a week early. Wow. It's so much of a big deal after waiting 2+ years for the game I'm canceling my order and going to pirate it. You'd have graphics on PC console players can't even dream of, with a downgrade or not. And that's without even mentioning the unlimited FPS you can play on.
Grow the fuck up. Life isn't fair. Be happy you get a AAA PC game DRM free, from a company that clearly respects and loves gamers. If this was any other company, you'd get fuck faced like people got with Assassins Creed, or any other EA game that was unplayable until like a month after release.
If you pass kudos to this post!
Also you could call it DRM or getting the game on the release date (unlike console owners who have it early have got it from shops who do not care about release dates!!) Chill once release date comes you are free to do as you wish, you dont even have to buy it!

I have been defending CDPR but this move about patches for the physical copy is SHITTY move on their part. I hope someone from CDPR gives an explanation about this one. They will lose the trust of a lot of gamers because of this.
