Ok I don't know if i'm the only one getting this but if I set the FPS to unlimited I get like 230-300 fps in the main menu where you see geralt, but if I set it to MAX 60 my fps sits at 37 at the same spot....

I didn't start the game yet (didn't finish my 2nd playthough of The Witcher 2) but was just wondering if anybody else had this problem.

Witcher 3 isn't very well optimised as a game. I've played better looking next gen games at 60FPS with high settings. My FPS in Witcher 3 races all over the place, from 60 to low teens, some times in seconds. I can't believe this, since the game really doesn't look amazing and isn't up to the level of Witcher 2. Adjusting the settings to all low doesn't help the rollercoaster FPS, neither does locking them at 30FPS with V-sync turned on.

Only hope that I can foresee to this problem is patching, patching and more patching.
