Im creating this post because there is something weird going on.

4 days ago everything was working fine. I had W3 + Heart of stone.

3days ago I decided to buy Blood and Wine, in GOG my witcher has been updated into W3: Game of the year edition and it stopped working.

-when I hit play in GOG noting happens
-when I hit play @ windows explorer all I see is error: The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000013). Click ok to close the app.

a/ multiple W3 reinstalations - fail
b/ .NET Framework reinstall - fail
c/ GPU card drivers reinstall - fail
d/ Visual C++ - fail

Any idea how to fix it ?

Uninstall the game completely from Control Panel. Now download the new installer for the GOTY edition and reinstall. Your save games will be fine, so long as you tell the uninstaller to keep them.
