I have played the normal verison of Witcher 3 over 200 hours without any problems and wanted to try out the GotY Edition today.

I have between 60-100 fps in generall and everything looks totally smoth at least until I start running and moving the mouse at the same time. Then the Game stutters but maintains the framerate. I dont have any mods installed, i have rolled back to the previous driver for my 980ti, i tried different settings but nothing helped.

Has anyone an idea why that problem presits or how to fix it?

there was a problem some time ago that affected heaps of players. it was to do with a windows update interfering with the galaxy platform. try turning off the overlay and see how that goes.
