I see that Galaxy servers now provide v1.32 of TW3:

lgogdownloader --galaxy-show-builds 1495134320
0: Version 1.32 - 2018-11-06T10:32:48+0000 (Gen 2)
1: Version 1.31 (A) - 2017-02-08T13:55:27+0000 (Gen 2)
2: Version 1.31 - 2016-08-25T08:18:33+0000 (Gen 2)

So why are standalone installers still missing it?

I agree GOG should add them, but unless you want to play the game in Chinese you don't need the 1.32 version. :)

This is more for compatibility with saves from other people who sometimes ask to test something. Using the older version fails to load them if saves were created with 1.32. Which is surprising, if the only thing that was added was language.
