I have come to a complete halt, this is due to the fact after coming to speak to Vernon Thorpe in rebel camp to
continue the next chapter of the hunt for Ciri his name is hightlighted above him but no E option to talk !
I lookrd up a walk through guide and supposedly a guard is to interact to fight or pacify and after this Vernon
interact and it off to meet the King and Whoreson to continue next chapter.

Problem is non of the guards interact other than a stock reply.. Anybody experienced the same o and/or has a solution
to this major problem..

Who is Vernon Thorpe? I would like to talk to him too. (You mean Vernon Roche :D) This is a known issue and should be fixed if it hasn't been already. I've never run into this problem.

I ran into this one. It is supposed to be fixed in the upcoming 1.08 patch. No release date on that patch as of yet.

You may want to do as many of the whoreson parts of the quest and gangs of novgrad before talking to Verrnon Roche as possible or you'll get a quest failed - so this may well be to your advantage of you can't speak to him yet. Don't want to create any spoilers - just saying!

The next patch is confirmed to fix this.
