I loaded witcher 3 from the discs played it for 3 days no it wont load ~ it starts as if its going to work then I says vcruntime140 missing

I cant find a down load to reload the gog softwere ive tried downloading the gog download manager software but I still get the missing vcruntime140 notification

help me lol
