My old WIN7 64 bit machine played TW3 really well. I have a new, better machine and the game is unplyable. I have two issues, no matter what settimgs I use or what drivers I use (RTX 2060 ). I have tried Ultras to low, new drivers to drivers from last year

1) When running and turning, Geralt's body kind of jitters. It's not smooth at all. Does this as long as I turn. When standing still and turning, no problems

2) Where certain shadows are, there are charcoal gray vectors displayed. Can't see through them, and sometimes they cover significant portions of the screen

I have tried verify/repair. Files are beinmg reported as 'checked' but no porgress is made. Tried three times, for ten minutes each time. Nothing is happening

I have all DLC

If you don't experience similar problems in other games, this is probably a graphics driver issue. Some users have been experiencing graphics problems in W3 with 400 series drivers. Unfortunately Nvidia didn't do enough to provide full compatibility with older titles on RTX graphics cards. You can try disable GOG Overlay however. Maybe it'll improve things a bit. You can always contact support as well. Maybe they'll figure out something.
I don't have these problems with any other program at all

Will try to 'repair'

I also have not installed GOTY edition on my new machine yet. Will try that too.

I will also try turning off overlay- thanks for the tip

Failing all else, will try support

thanks
Installed GOTY edition

Vectors are gone. I assume it was a corrupted install

Jittery Geralt still present. Same effect with everything on Ultra or every on Low.

edit-

turning off GOG overlay solved my jittery Geralt issue

I can now play smoothly and with every graphics option maxed out too. First time I've been able to really enjoy this new two grand PC

Thank you again Sarafan

rtx is the biggest scam of 2019
Maybe you should write a letter about that.
