hi
it is necessary to uninstall older version (1.10 or 1.12 for exemple) of Heart of Stone and the 16 dlc's pack before applying the new 1.1.21 patch?

No, but do the patch update and also the DLC package and then your expansions (HoS and B&W). All of them have been updated.

So no need to uninstall but it's necessary to apply the 16 dlc v.1.21 and Heart of Stone v1.21 after the patch?

Yes. And then Blood and Wine. Blood and Wine was released with the 1.21 patch, so it is totally updated.

I think that I would make an uninstallation of the 16 dlc and hearts of stone before appying the 1.21 patch
