I bought the PC version of The Witcher 3 with the two DLCs and played it through, but now it's on XBox Game Pass, I thought I'd play it again on a big screen and with a controller that's better suited for the game. Unfortunately, the Game Pass version is just the base game - is there a way of transferring the DLCs bought from gog.com over to the XBox version?

I doubt it.
Why you want to play it at console when you can play it at PC with more than 30 fps lol... Anyway TV sucks, high latency...
