Right so this is not a major issue, just a tiny annoyance but I thought I'd ask anyway.

So the new interface is a pretty big improvement but the fade in / fade out animation on tool tips makes menu navigation way clumsier than it should be. It's an unnecessary delay and a usability issue.

I was just wondering if there's a way to get rid of it. Maybe there's something I can disable in the ini files? Or maybe a mod?

I'm playing with a controller so, say, looking for the potion you need or the right oil to apply is a right arse since there's no indication as to what any potion is outside of the icon. So you have to wait about half a second for the tool tip to appear. Which, if you're trying to juggle 50 different potions, becomes a problem. Anything I can do to make the tool tips appear the moment an icon is selected?
