There's a file called !Downloads that has all the .exe files in it in the GOG Galaxy folder. Can I delete the files in it or do you have to keep those files? It contains the .exe files for the DLCs, patches, etc.

If you have already installed the patches and dlc's, then yes you can delete them. Once you installed them, the patch/dlc files reside within the game files.

Galaxy is borken. When I removed all DLC installers from that directory, they were redownloaded on patch 1.07 release... and, of course, I had to type my Administrator password 16 times again :/
