Does the new achievements works? I have just reached Toussaint and killed Goliath but I haven't unlocked it

Galaxy's achievement system is a mess, unfortunately.

TitoOliveira: Galaxy's achievement system is a mess, unfortunately.
Until HoS with the latest patch everything works fine... so we have the same achievements problems as months ago.

I also report that after I finished doing all the upgrades to Corvo Blanco's estate I didn't get the achievement
