Hello
I did a clean windows install and I forget to do a backup for GOG reg entries so...
can anyone share registry entry of latest version 4.01_Hotfix (sorry for typo in the title)

In GOG just add game.exe localization at "Installed" game tab, click on "+" icon and choose "add game manualy", search for Witcher 3 that you own, it will open this game profile and press "Mark a owned", click on settins icon -- > next manage instalation --> and choose localization of ur game exe (for dx11 is <ur witcher 3 folder>/bin/x64, for dx12 is ...bin/x64_d12)
