I didnt realized that I have that option in settings to check before I start game. I'm already deep into game and I was wondering can I actually get that set now ? Or I need new game ? :(

It's on the vendor outside the inn in the starting zone. It's level 4 gear, but it's pretty good so far. I'm pretty sure you can fast-travel back there, but I haven't done it yet.

Well if you have already enabled the DLC, you can purchase the set at any time from the merchant you rescued from the griffin in the prologue area.

Because the armor is so good for lvl 4, in fact it's a little bit to good even for the price.
