Is their a way to take screenshots in the GOG version?

I tried to add the game to steam (so to use the steam overlay) but cannot find the .exe file.

Are their any solutions to this problem?

Hello, you can use external applications.
I personnaly use Bandicam.

I'd recommend MSI Afterburner (free) you can set it up to show FPS, GPU load, etc. and it also takes screenshots (shift+f12 by default)/videos.
