Hi,

I used to play Witcher 3 (and finished the main quest) up until HoS came out, and now I've picked up the expansions.

In the inventory I still have the Superior Swallow potion, but I can no longer find it in the alchemy tab to "refill" it, has this potion been changed in any way or am I just being daft as usual?

Any and all help is much appreciated.

All potions and bombs refill automatically when meditate, you just need to prepare first time.

Note that potions, decoctions and bombs only refill if you have sufficient spirit alcohol in your inventory.

Don't drink any alcohol (in life too), except for quests.
You will encounter many foes, & for that you need a great amount of potions, etc.
