Since the GOTY brings it "all in", what would be the best approach to end the game? Keeping the ending of the main game as the last part, or playing through chronologically and ending with BoW? What route do you take?

Try and keep it spoiler-free, since I did not finish the game and not even gotten in to the DLCs' territory.

Thanks. I was thinking that if The Wild Hunt is the big antagonist in the games' universe, it would be fitting to leave them for the end.

Just the subject I need! I am also getting toward the end of the main game and wanted to know what order I can do the DLCs.

So, can I assume that once you finish the main game, you can take Geralt back into Velen to find the Knights from Toussaint and start the BaW?

I just want to make sure I'm not going to be stuck once I finish the main game and wouldn't be able to go into the DLCs. I'm planning to do the HoS stuff just before I head to the Isle of Mists.

Yes

I did the main story from HoS after I finished the main game, make a little more sense(some dialogues have another options, nothing big).
