Sadly, i'm not able to fix this issue.
GTX 760 2gb, no matter the settings (low or ultra), or the resolution, the game will always stutter, especially when
i load a save\walk in a village and while riding the horse.
Tried EVERYTHING suggested here and on the internet (Updating drivers, reinstalling, frameahed to 1...).
Patch 1.03 did nothing.

On the other side, not even a ctd, but the game it's still unplayable for me.
Should i wait for the next patch or there's still hope?

I think I may have the same problem, it stutters all the time for me but mostly when walking or turning the camera. Like you I have tried every fix imaginable with no luck. I hope someone finds a fix soon.

I don't know if this will help but I had the same problem and my graphics card was getting hot. I used a frame rate limiter and limited it to 50 fps problems solved.

Also try turning off Anti-Aliasing, it's causing issues on some cards.
