I just found useful glitch with Strengthened Synapses mutation. And I obviously don't mean the bug that blocks the 4th slot. No. I found out you can put any skill into desired slot (not only required ones).
To do it, you have to first put a required skill into a special slot, and a desired skill into a normal slot, then just drag and drop the first skill onto the second one and voila.
Works even with general skills which cannot be used with special slot any other way. And I double checked it with 'Metabolism Control', so it's not only graphic representation of disabled skill.
