GOG Galaxy 1.1.5 (beta) fails at the 53% level. 'START' button for Witcher 3 is 'greyed out'. Cannot play game, any suggestions.

Contacted support group ,next time I logged in START button was OK. They must have fixed something behind the scenes. Made a big difference, thanks.
