So I just finished the "Get Junior" questline and theres a hanging woman that has the red examine marker but I cant examine her. anyone have any luck with this?

Nope. She just shines with read to draw your attention to the cruelty that happened.

That's what I was wondering. Call it a bug then. After you deal with Junior, purely in terms of game mechanics, she shouldn't continue to draw attention. It's a pity you can't cut her down or something, and then torch the place in order to lay them all to rest.

It would be pretty cool if that house ended up being haunted by the women which turned into a side quest; having to lay them to rest, maybe someone will mod that into the game. "hint hint"
