In the initial search of Dandelion, when you finish questioning his...dates...and return to Dandelion's inn, you'll see Zoltan talking to what he claims to be "an exceptionally smart" snow owl with eye patch and a strangely green shackle at the ankle.

Snow owl also happens to be Phillipa Eilhart's morphed form, and with the eye patch there's no way to tell if the owl had eyes. There were also mentions in the books (specifically during the Thanedd Island riot) regarding magical cuffs that restricts magical usage.

Yes, it reveals that very thing later on in the story, for those like myself who had no idea there was a sorceress who could change into an owl. :P

haha don't know how i didn't get that it's her, it's not like i was looking for her earlier and knew she turned into an owl ...

I have a question though, didn't she basically try to kill Geralt and totally used him for her cause?
I am not done with the game and have not yet discovered her in the story, but from what i remember from the witcher 2 i totally wanted to kill her.
I was really surprised that a certain sorceress friend of geralt was totally shocked at the notion that radovid might kill philippa.
I totally wanted to do it myself, how can Geralt not care and simply forgive this?
