I am very new to gaming and just bought Witcher 3 WH. My laptop is only 6 months old, but when I play the game and characters are speaking, I hear the dialog immediately and quickly but the characters are like in slow motion. So dialog is read, but the person speaking the dialog is still talking long after the dialog is spoken. Like watching bad dubbing.

Anyone have a fix for this? Thanks.

Your computer is too slow. No way out of this except massively downscaling the game's graphics (You can do that in the options menu.). Look up "Witcher Ultra Low Mod" if the lowest settings don't fix the problem: it will make your game look like shit but at least it'll animate properly.
