I have started new game + on lvl 38. Now I'm already on Baron quests and... I was able only to get lvl 39.
Each quest gives 20-150 exp while I need 2k for next lvl.
I have lot of recipes for items with lvl 45+ required and wondering how I suppose to wear those.
Should it be like that?

side missions and ? marks on the map can help with that

i was something like over level 50 for my new game+ but i did everything
