The final fight in this quest seems to be bugged. Each time I am to fight (the werewolf alone or the whole gang) I can´t kill the werewolf. Every time he has no HP he will just walk around, becomes untargetable and the quest still tells me to kill him. I can kill the others but the werewolf is the problem.

Yes for some but not everyone,could be a number of things.
Broken save,Re-installation,Defragging,Galaxy (beta),it's anyone's guess.

Yeah I have the same problem and have tried doing it over and over again from saved progress, it is bugged.
