As of late yesterday all of my npcs are floating around in the scarecrow pose. Legs straight and together, arms straight out at the sides. In addition, many heads are at odd angles and/or detached from the npc, getting a bit macabre.
My frame rate has also dropped dramatically from 50ish to about 10. PC version. Any suggestions.
