Did I do something wrong? I reinstalled the whole game and deleted all my saves because I thought it might be a mod conflict... The witchers except for Geralt are missing the scabbards on their swords... So I started over sans mods, and it's still missing. Then I did a clean install, and still missing. So I deleted my save files and did another clean install and they're still missing... Did I break my game? Looks silly to have Lambert or Vesemir running around with swords just dangling from their backs...

EDIT: Playing 1.11 with Hearts of Stone installed on Windows 7 x64. GTX660Ti and 16GB RAM.

Seems like it's a bug. Funnily enough, there is even a mod fix for it.
