How can I delete all saved games from gog.com? I delete the folder with the save, but gog again from the download. It is impossible to remove by hand, there are over9000 of them.

Disable cloud saving completely in Galaxy while the game is running. Navigate to your saves folder and delete the saves. Now quit the game and Galaxy will clear its sync data.
