Prior to today the only lockups I've seen to date with the game were the Inventory/etc. screen deadlocks that other people have also reported. I haven't seen that with the 1.03 patch yet though.

I was just riding my horse in Velen after killing some wild dogs and got a massive audio stutter followed by a black screen. The computer rebooted spontaneously right after that. Surprised me as it's been 5 days now with only a few of those inventory screen hangs and other than that rock solid stable pretty much.

Since a game can't reboot the computer on its own though, this indicates a problem at the OS level and I'm going to assume it is a video driver issue as that's the most likely cause in such a situation. I've never had a game trigger a reboot on this computer before though so it's definitely a first. :)

Time to get those new Catalyst drivers out the door AMD! ;oP
