So, i saw a few other people online with this issue but i couldnt find a solution or a dev reply for this.
my Velen and Crow's Perch race quests have vanished. they are not in my quest log, nor are they in the completed or failed quests sections. tried to go to the quest npcs anyway but i cant interact with them. I think it happend when i got to act 2 but i dont think its supposed to happen cause i didnt fail them.
