I am right now in the forest at the pellar and have the option to persuade the baron's men to leave using Axii or to give them a cure for their friend, the guy who stole the sausage.

Interestingly, giving the cure doesn't net any reward, while driving them away using Axii gives 40 XP (massive at lvl 5).

Will there be a reward for the cure later on? Or is this it?

Also it's a lot funnier following the baron's men after giving the cure and listening to their banter than just using Axii and leaving them stupefied.
