Chernobog Runestones Attack Power 0 on all of them from weak to strong is this bug or intended?

it's a known UI bug that according to CDPR should be fixed in the next patch.

The runes still work with the lesser rune adding a 2% bonus & the grater runes adding a 5% bonus

I believe its a bug. I think they said they would fix it in 1.05.
