Fist bug is in prologue. There is not water block in river:

Another bug is in one of the abbandoned villages, where we kill monsters and people return. Worker fix air, standing away from broken fence:

Third one is on the way to Oxenfurt, no water visible, but i can swim:

Yeah, that last one was pretty funny, it's on PC also.
I encountered similar glitches where i could swim when there was no water, or water clipping at weird angles, but i suspect they are related to resolution and how the engine deals with occlusion culling.

They aren't really bugs, just graphical glitches and as such they aren't treated with high priority, as should because they have more important fixes to focus on. But i'm guessing they will be fixed with the enhanced edition of the game.

Among other things water bug bothers me, anyone saw such light issue?
