I was struggling to get rid of this problem as playing the game was really a pain in the arse and in the end simply disabling GOG Overlay seems to do a trick for me :) And you can start game from Galaxy, no problem.
Probably new Galaxy update messed something up...

Probably new Galaxy update messed something up...
So personal I deactivated the mask option of the galaxy that shows notifications and the interface of the program within the game and managed to take that delay on the camera, I hope they help you too!

Overlay disabled and everything works fine. I won't be able to make screenshots but I guess I can live with that ;) Maybe one day this bug will be fixed. Thx a lot :)
