Just checked Days2Play's website. I can't even see that they are selling keys for The Witcher 3, and it also does not look like GOG is on their list of platforms.

This is not a GOG problem. The problem is that days2play have sold you a version that is un-redeemable in your country. They are at fault, if they did not make plain what country the game was valid in. You need to take it up with them.
