When i download a new patch , i don t have monsters and NPC in game, also i have graphic bugs like this :

Your installation is corrupt. If you use Galaxy, remove ALL mods and verify/repair your installation. If you don't use Galaxy, uninstall the game, including all mods, then download and install these in the following order:

Main game installer v1.10
Patch v1.22
Free DLCs v1.22
Hearts of Stone v1.22
Blood and Wine v1.22

Then make sure ANY mods you reinstall are compatible with v1.22 and the DLCs.
