I'm using GOG Galaxy to download the game and it's going extremely slow. I checked my connection and it's definitely not my connection, is it because of network congestion at GOG's end or is it GOG Galaxy maybe? Thanks.

I have this problem, too and a lot of others. I gave up on downloading through Galaxy and decided to download through my browser where I got full speed on the download but unfortunately one of the files got corrupted and am currently downloading again. I'd do it through the GoG downloader but the only file I can seem to get through that is the .exe installer.

Try using GOG downloader, you shouldn't have any problem with it.

I just tried mine again and it's now running at 3.0 MB/s which is my max so I guess whatever it was it was sorted out.

And now, it' back to a snails pace, I'll just use Downloader. Thanks again everyone for your help, I was hoping to use GOG Galaxy, I guess it's not quite ready to replace Steam yet :)

No, it's definitely not ready to replace Steam, not in this state. As for the speed, looks like it's random with Galaxy. Many people complain about its "snail" speed, for me TW3 was installed in one shot with average speed 1-1.5 MB/s. However, if it had failed I would have used Downloader in the second attempt.

Not without a key. I'm guessing the key is in the box with the DVD but if Amazon sent you a key for it you should be able to redeem it here.

300 KB/s is definitively too slow. Steam is downloading stuff with 5 MB/s -.-
Sadly no TW3 for me today.. maybe tomirrow...
